Virtual Presentations

Interpersonal Communication Services, Inc. Presentations

Drs. Carolyn Shadle and John Meyer, the ICS Communication team, are frequent presenters at veterinary conferences and pet-care practices.

Their conference workshops emphasize listening and confronting skills, both essential tools in fast-paced dynamic organizations. In the workshops, Carolyn and John unpack those skills, demonstrate their use (and instances when they are forgotten) and support practice among the participants. Participants are invited to provide real situations that have challenged their teams. Presentations can be realized virtually through video technology or in person at your facility. Either way, your team will enjoy engaging, thought provoking sessions that will provide soluitions to the communications problems they encounter everyday.

Conference workshop themes include:

  • Client Engagement: Be Other-Focused
  • When Saying It is Difficult
  • Prepare Before You Speak
  • Barriers tp Effective Communication
  • How to Define Your Brand
  • Put Steam in Your Team
